Young Exceptional Scholars aims to provide high quality and thoughtful guidance rooted in transparency and integrity. We believe that advising scholars using the same criteria applied by Ivy League institutions prepares them to be competitive and compelling candidates at any college they may ultimately choose to pursue. While these services do require an investment, each offering is intentionally designed to help families make informed decisions and realize meaningful savings over time, including the following areas.
Merit Based Scholarship Positioning
The work we do to elevate a scholar’s academic and extracurricular profile increases their likelihood of earning merit based scholarships, which are awarded based on achievement rather than household income.
Career and Major Alignment
When we explore potential career paths together, we examine every aspect of the field to reduce the likelihood of costly changes in majors during college that often result in lost credit hours and additional tuition, housing, and living expenses.
Financial Aid Guidance and Review
We also guide families through the FAFSA process with care and precision to help prevent errors that could negatively impact financial aid eligibility.
Finally, reviewing financial aid packages for unnecessary fees or submitting a thoughtful appeal can result in meaningful tuition reductions and substantial savings for your family.
Your time is valuable, and you deserve clarity and honesty from the very beginning. At Young Exceptional Scholars, it is our privilege to serve families with care, integrity, and a genuine commitment to each scholar’s long term success.
